McAdams Continues Florida Expansion with Team Growth and Brand Integration

The firm is adding experienced professionals and expanding its planning, design and engineering services while unifying its Florida operations under one brand

TAMPA, FL — McAdams—a multidisciplinary planning, design and engineering firm headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina—announced today the full integration of AVID / McAdams Florida into the McAdams brand, a milestone that reflects the firm’s significant growth and expanding presence in Florida. Alongside the brand unification, McAdams is expanding its Florida team with key hires and growing its multidisciplinary services to support clients across the region.

McAdams’ continued investment in Florida is part of a strategic plan to expand operations, strengthen client partnerships and support long-term organizational growth throughout the state. The firm’s regional expansion has been driven by its work with national energy companies, large-scale brands, as well as 7 Brew Coffee, Woody’s Wash Shack, Circle K Stores and RaceTrac Petroleum. In addition, McAdams’ recently expanded its Geomatics services locally with the addition of Land Surveying, Construction Staking and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) to support the growing need for geomatics services in the Central Florida Region.

In the last year alone, McAdams added the roles of Director of Engineering and Group Manager, SUE bringing Jeremy Morton and Joseph Scarola to its already established team of experts.

In Florida, McAdams chose to partner with Habitat for Humanity in Orlando and Tampa Bay Watch to advance local housing and environmental initiatives.
