Ames & Gough Appoints David Pearson and Santina Ragonese as Assistant Vice Presidents in Boston Office

BOSTON – Ames & Gough, a leading insurance broker and risk management consultant specializing in serving design professionals, law firms, associations/nonprofits and other professional service organizations, today announced the appointments of David Pearson and Santina Ragonese as assistant vice presidents in the firm’s Boston office.

Both Pearson and Ragonese are senior account managers, specializing in serving the risk management and insurance needs of Ames & Gough’s design firm clients in Massachusetts and throughout New England. 

Pearson, who joined Ames & Gough in 2015, has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including previous positions in client management at other property/casualty brokerages and in underwriting with leading insurers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emmanual College and holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialties (CRIS) designation. 

Ragonese joined Ames & Gough in 2021 and has more than 15 years of experience handling property/casualty insurance for design firms. She earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Southern Connecticut State University and has served as a volunteer for numerous children’s health organizations.
