STV Taps AJ Nayee to Deliver Next-Generation Rail Solutions 

NEW YORK, NY—STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced that Ashok “AJ” Nayee has joined the firm as vice presidentfor its Transportation North operating group. In this role, Nayee will lead program management and construction management (PM/CM) services for rail projects across the Northeast. 

Nayee brings more than 30 years of experience leading major rail projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. He has partnered with major agencies, including the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Amtrak, NJ TRANSIT and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) to deliver programs that modernize infrastructure, enhance mobility and improve resiliency. Known for his ability to navigate complex, active rail environments, Nayee has successfully delivered large-scale passenger rail programs through program management, design and construction oversight, project controls, value engineering and innovative delivery methods such as design-build and public-private partnerships (P3).

Nayee holds a Master of Science in Transportation and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Management from Dowling College. He also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps.
