McDonald brings nearly three decades of guiding decision-making for mixed-use and commercial development projects, with a background in real estate development and market-driven planning.

McDonald will support ISG’s Residential + Mixed‑Use Business Unit by connecting client goals with market opportunities, strengthening pursuit strategy, and building relationships that advance projects from early concept through development. Her experience spans market analysis and business development, helping position teams and ideas for long-term success.
